I reserved my room through Priceline.com and got a very good deal on my accomodation. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is very centrally located and walking distance to the main railway station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof). Defintely a hotel of 4 star rating and I would consider it of upscale nature.

We were here for a business conference of 1.5 day with +/ 20 persons.
Rooms were clean, ok, but furniture a bit worn out and dark.
But the staff was very professional, very helpful. All breaks as well as the lunch were perfectly arranged and of very good quality - really tasty . Also a lot of fruits were served , which I personaly like a lot instead of sweet things. Outstanding breakfast and good bar service.
Nothing to complain about except probably that the rooms were quite warm druing night.
Everyone was satisfied !

We were 5 adults all members of the same family...our first trip to Germany and an ambitious agenda taking us from one end of the country to the other...we stayed at Savigny 3 nights but they were not consecutive nights...the staff could not have been more accommodating, helpful and patient as we were continually checking in and out requesting wake-up calls, early morning taxi cabs and luggage storage...meals were wonderful and rooms immaculate...this group of American tourists send our thanks to all and recommend this hotel to all future travelers

Like a previous reviewer has commented. This is a capable hotel but not up to the standards found in other M Gallery collection hotels. It is tucked away in quiet but central location. My room was of a decent size but actually too big for the small amount of tired looking furniture provided. And I mean tired, not classic, not antique, just old and tired, chipped and water stained, modern hotel furniture. The bathroom had been renovated but the sun bleached carpet indicated that it had not.

Public areas consisted of some seats in the foyer. There was a bar that formed part of the dining room and little else. A fine hotel should be more than just a bedroom.

It's not a disaster but they have ideas above their station and I didn't see any work being undertaken that will fulfil their ambitions.

Staff were nice.
