Convenient hotel for a layover but ensure to book one of the newly renovated rooms. Only downside with the renovated rooms is they are a solid 2min walk from the elevators which is a another good 2min walk from checkin. Not a big deal if your traveling light but could be if you have lots of luggage. Decent choice of restaurants within walking distance
Not only the Sheraton is convenient...the restaurant is outstanding. Dhana was a wonderful food and wine server that was so knowledgeable in wine and food. The steak my husband had was delicious and my pasta presentation was good and fabulous.
We stayed at this hotel as part of a group on a bed, breakfast and evening meal package for 2 nights. The beds are comfortable and the sound proofing is excellent so that there was no aircraft noise. Unfortunately we were woken at 6 am due to a very loud noise coming from the air conditioning system. The coffee in the room was instant and there was no milk only powdered whitening. Also no decaffeinated coffee or tea and no biscuits. The service at both breakfast and dinner was poor. I asked for porridge and was told there was none. There was no toast and the juice ran out and noone was around to ask for more. On the second morning our group was served a buffet breakfast in the beer cellar which was cramped and noisy without enough seating for the whole group and with lots of stairs between the buffet and the tables where we sat to eat. Again no toast or porridge and not enough staff to cope with the numbers having breakfast. At dinner the buffet food was good but we had to help ourselves to drinks as requests for additional drinks were ignored. The hotel seemed tired and understaffed and bad value for money.

We stayed at the Sheraton as we had an early flight and took the train into the city for meetings and dinner. City access was quick and convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a great view of the airport. The hotel is large and it can be a long walk to the room, but worth it. This is definitely the place to stay for airport connections, with easy access to and enjoyment of the city.
We stayed for just a night. No, just 5 hours to be honest. It was 124 euro. And the room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard but it’s fine.
I think it needs some renovation though. It’s still up to date but at the same time it isn’t.
The staff at the reception was friendly. It could’ve been nice if they gave us a cheaper price. Because we arrived at 10 pm and checked out 0330am...
