Moreover, some of our rooms are equipped with a kettle while others come with a coffee machine. Please always feel free to reach out to our team if you are missing anything in particular and we will be happy to provide a coffee machine upon request. Furthermore, I am sorry about the inconveniences you encountered during breakfast and dinner. We always want to make the most out of your stay which of course includes exceptional and attentive service. However, please kindly note that we accommodated your group on very short notice which is why we could not host you in our regular restaurant. Furthermore, please be assured that all services have been provided as discussed with the tour operator and that we worked hand in hand to make your stay as pleasant as possible. However, I apologize that your visit did not meet your expectations. I hope that this has not permanently affected your opinion of us and that we will get another chance to restore your faith in us.
