Fellini wants to be a sort of Italian cafe. Wonderful location, very nicely decorated plance, with both a chance to sit inside or outside when the weather allows it.
Unfortunately for a quick coffee or better a real Italian espresso in the morning absolutely not indicated. There is a nice wooden bar, a great espresso machine, but forget to sip your espresso standing as real Italians do. I tried to have an espresso once on a Saturday morning, I was in a hurry and I ordered directly at the bar corner, asking the barista if I could sip it there. Not hearing a denial, I start my quick drinking job with my partner. Within milliseconds the cameriere starts complaining in German that that is his working area. Looking better we notice an ordeal of not washed cups, a real mess behind the bar. Very poorly organized (in Milan a single Barista can handle 10th of Espresso orders simultaneously). We explain we are wanting to leave within seconds: again poorly mannered words and and a look and a tone of Missbilligung (it stands for deprecation auf Deutsch). Really not welcome, really not visiting again.
By the way, forget about a coffee on Sunday, they are closed.
