The hotel is very big. It is about 8 minutes walk from the station. The staff are helpful and polite. They speak German, English and Japanese. The hotel is clean. There is a secure elevator. There is a safe in the room. No concierge service. The nearest supermarket REWE is about 15 minutes walk. The area around the hotel is not nice. There is vending machine in the lobby. There is also ice machine in the lobby and microwave which are convenient. There is a computer and printer in the lobby which was convenient. They can keep your baggage in the lobby until check in or after check out.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am which is not convenient. The doors of the rooms make loud noises on closing which is irritating. The walls are thin and you can feel the people in the next room hitting the walls or the bed which is horrible and very noisy.
The mattress is hard with one soft pillow. There is air condition and a small refrigerator in the room. WIFi is okay. Whatsapp does not work properly with their wifi but otherwise the Internet surfing is fine. The TV has several channels but only CNN as English Channel. There is a hair dryer in the room
The tables in the breakfast are arranged like in prison as long tables with no much space between tables which is the worst. The breakfast is always crowded. The breakfast does not contain much varieties. The same food every day with no much variations. No fruits at all. No croissant or cake or Danish. The breakfast ends at 9:30.
The room is very small. Tiny distance between window and bed. No cupboard or shelves to put your clothes. Not convenient for families. There is kettle in the room but only 1 sachet of coffee no tea no green tea (as in all Japanese hotels) no sugar. Only liquid soap for all face, body and shampoo. No amenities at all in the bathroom.
The price is expensive compared to the services offered. This hotel is suitable for short stays.

I came to Frankfurt for a one day trip Solo. The location for a short trip here is just perfect. The hotel is near the central railway Station 15 minutes from the Airport. Good Wi-Fi Connection, The staff was really polite and professional with a touch of Japanese culture which was even a good point. The decoration inside is clean a beautiful. The room has exactly what you need. The only thing that i personally didn’t really enjoyed is the late check-in and the early Check-Out. 16PM Check-in and 10AM Check-out. Near the hotel you can see everything in Frankfurt with no more than a 20 minutes walk.

First time in Germany and a lot of "surprises"... not all of them good!
Perhaps, different habits, different expectations.
Surprisingly, in Frankfurt, where we were not waiting "too much", the best happens.
Toyoko is not only a brand new, efficient and good cost x benefit option!
It is a very good hotel, well placed in town, with a great team and comfort and charming!
Perhaps, one of the best in our (already) long list of hotels.
Congratulations to every one of the employees and manager (of course)!

Room tip: All rooms are good; we got the chance of a "inside" room, facing opposite to Central Station

You can see the hotel sign directly when you get off your train in Hauptbahnof.
The hotel is reachable from Hauptbahnof in a few minutes by feet.
Hotel was clean, staff helpful and spoke good english.
Room was small but comfortable.
Bed was comfortable but the pillow quite small.
Bathroom was very nice and clean, with roof shower and electronic toilet.

My stay at this hotel when it was nearly new was impressive enough that I join a paid membership. On return I am less enthusiastic, while I will say it is not a bad stay. The price was high on this visit and bad value for EUR140 (they say it is because of a conference). The room now looks too basic and lacking in many standards such as toiletries, bottle water.....there is a kettle but no tea bag. Nothing in the bathroom (you need to buy tooth brush etc if needed. This is a Japanese hotel in Germany that operates as if in Japan: the worst Japanese practice they import here is that check-in at 4pm (members at 3pm and they say it is a benefit) and check-out at 10am. But good practice in Japan, such as bathroom supplies, is omitted. Two good things though. The internet is very fast, and the breakfast has Japanese miso soup and rice, in addition to standard Western items.
