“Real German beer brewery”
Reviewed February 7, 2014

Very, very interesting place, also for a big party. We were there with 200 people (conference) and everybody liked it. Especially the beer at the beginning of the table!

“Four meats and a veg”
Reviewed February 6, 2014

Don't let my title put you off. We went as a group of nine, and were all sat round a large almost square - much more convivial than a long, thin rectangular. For €77 we got a 25 litre keg of beer, soaked up by a huge plate of the set special (€16 a head) - a vast surf board of two different sausages, pork belly, pork meat loaf, a mountain of mash, and sauerkraut, plus something I've never seen before, a bunch of super sized radishes to tear off as a cursory acknowledgement of healthy eating. The pork belly was yummy, perfect crackling and tender pork. Otherwise fine dining this is not, but there was more than enough for our nine giant frames and appetites to match. It's a brew pub, enjoy it for what it is, and it's a helluva lot cheaper than the UK and a warm place to spend a chilly night.

“The most fantastic place”
Reviewed December 18, 2013

If you like german beer and food then this is the place to go.
People are happy and the waiters are fantastic.
The atmosphere is sublime and you always meet lots of happy people( maybe because of the beer)
If you are a group you can buy a burrel ogf beer , 10 liters, and have it at the table.
During weekends they have a singer with his guitar playing , you reeally get in the best mood going there

“Very good Food, location and an excellent service”
Reviewed November 22, 2013

The location is very nice, not a standard restaurant. The food was very good, we hat the platter, and as a group very nice. We saw the suckling, this looked impressive, so as a bigger group (>20) I would consider this option.

I was impressed by the friendly and well organized service. Just perfect.
