This is an odd little hotel in a very convenient location. My room was a tiny single, old fashioned and needing refurbishment. That said, I found it clean and quite comfortable and the renovated bathroom functional, though small. The man at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value and the wifi signal strong. One of the odd things about the hotel is that each of the elevator landings are shared by two floors, so you always have half a flight of steep stairs to negotiate. The local area is colourful and busy, but not dangerous. I would choose to stay there again.

Although the room we stayed in was small it was amazing...it was easy to find and only less than a 5 minute walk from the main train station and only about 3 minute walk to the bus station...Bathroom was clean and a good size..no noise from inside or outside..
an elevator is available if needed..Staff at reception always friendly and helpful..5 minute walk to a grocery store if required...a wide selection of Turkish food right outside your door..Lidls just down the road if needed..we stayed 4 nights ..wifi very good..bed comfortable and no problems walking on the street..

Room tip: Close to Train and Bus Station

I stayed in a single room with own bathroom for 4 nights last week.
Location is very close to the main train station and the access to the underground line U1 is right across the street. Staff is very friendly. The bathroom, although small, is well set up and fairly new. If you’re into Döner or Falafel or groceries from Turkish supermarkets, there’s a wide variety of possibilities right in the street where the hotel is situated.
Although there is a (very narrow) elevator, you always have to go at least one flight of stairs as it stops in between floors. The night lamp at my bed had had better times. The switch was broken and was repaired with duct tape. Although it did work, I decided I’d rather not use it in fear of electric shock.
I personally don’t mind the area where the hotel is located at all. But for people who don’t feel comfortable in areas where 95% of the population has a migration background or is in any adult business, the hotel is definitely in the wrong place.

This is very conveniently located 1 minute due east of the train station. The rooms are small, but clean, and the wi-fi is good. The immediate area around the hotel is slightly dodgy, with the usual types that hang around train stations at night. Drug dealers, prostitutes, and lots of homeless people. If you ignore them you'll be fine.
