I've been visiting Kypros for about 7 years...it used to be phenomenal value for money and the quality of the meat was always outstanding. In the time I've been visiting though, the prices haven't risen and the quantity and quality have sadly diminished.
That's not to say it's not worth going to, though. The portions are still generous and the food is still very tasty. The owner is extremely friendly and always remembers me, despite it often being 6 months or more between visits. The house Naoussa wine is not bad and the home-made tiramisu is huge and tasty. In general the food is just fine and it's a great place to sit and eat in the summer in Ottensen.
