This is really amazing. For me this is the most beautiful location from the entire Bremen, located in the park and inside you can see one of the most important restaurants from Bremen.

We stopped here to enjoy the scenery and lovely flowers at the base of the mill. Good service and a good cup of coffee.

As places to shelter from the rain go, this has be one of the prettiest I've ever visited. Set back from the road and overlooking a carpet of flowers, the windmill is postcard beautiful. A genuine thing of beauty. Inside there is a cosy tearoom which, even on a dull day, was light, bright and airy. On the bank holiday Friday we visited, it was full of people dining. We shared our table with strangers while others good-naturedly swapped their larger tables to accommodate the steady stream of customers; a good measure of how popular this eaterie is. As non-German speaking patrons we were delighted to find the waitress was incredibly patient and helpful. We enjoyed afternoon tea for two including a thick wedge of delicious cheesecake for just over €10. After you have dined, a walk in the adjacent park is highly recommended.

The old mill is worth a photo or two, sure. Take a walk in the lovely park following the former moat and take a closer look of the mill as well. The original mill was burned down, so the one standing on the site is a replica.

The restaurant and cafe on the inside is nothing special. We were hoping to climb to the top but settled for a beer since climbing wasn't a possibility.
