Just returmed from a three night stay at Hommage a Magritte. We chose the hotel because of the great reviews on TripAdvisor and because we prefer not to stay in faceless chain hotels. This place was interesting, individual, clean and perfectly located.
The host took time to recommend restaurants which were superb, especially Dicke Wirtin, for great German food at Savignyplatz, a five minute walk away.
The Kurfurstendamm is also a five minute walk, in the opposite direction, so easily reachable but far enough away that you can retreat to the quiet of the hotel when needed.
The main Zoologischer Garden station is a ten minute walk where you can catch the regional train for a 35minute journey to Schonefeld airport.
We had a standard room which was spotlessly clean and with an ample ensuite, although the waist height shower head fitting was intersting!
The breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from.
The location and hosts at this hotel were fantastic so we would definitely recomend it and would visit again without question
