Great hotel. So clean, professional, and an awesome breakfast included. The location is great, its close to the banhof, so a short taxi ride, but we walked and it took about 20 minutes. Very nice hotel all around with gorgeous rooms and well decorated. You do have to pay for internet though, somewhere between 10-15 euros a day, but its optional. Just go to the starbucks by the Brandenberg Gate! Great recommendation!

very convenieng, well located, nice rooms, easy to reach by s-bahn...
close to shopping area and also Bergamon museum. It was an expensive stay due to exhibition time in Berlin. In normal season, would be a perfect accomodation place.

Just back from 2 nights in a river-view Level room, booked after reading all the TA reviews and concur with what many, many have already written.

Join their MAS rewards programme online before booking and you'll get a better rate than the internet. The MAS card means you'll get 2 for 1 on breakfast pricing which is expensive otherwise. If you are able to, book a Level room and get breakfast, snacks, drinks, afternoon tea, evening alcoholic drinks, access to free wi-fi terminals, personal receptionist - all in with your rate.

We had a river-view Level room and also Euros 30 credit per night as part of their current deal if you book direct through their website. We used our Euro 60 credit for a room service meal and mini bar drinks - the best room service meal I've had, and the most beautifully presented. Because of our Level access we hardly spent anything eating and drinking out in Berlin. The hotel is so centrally located you can go out and visit something, come back for a rest, then head out again and so on - perfect.

We got the airport express train from Schoenefeld to Freidrichstrasse which was speedy and cheap - Eur 3.10 each way. The hotel is minutes on the left out of the station, take the Freidrichstrasse exit. The station has a great supermarket if you need anything, and lots of breakfast or snack places to eat - as has the area surrounding the hotel.

The river is lovely, and a short stroll will take you to the Reichstag which is beautiful, and the dome lit up at night is fabulous.

You can easily walk to museum island, Brandenburg, Checkpoint Charlie is probably the furthest at 20 mins max. We took the bus tour - got a ticket from the hotel concierge and jumped on about 2 blocks away. We got off at KaDeWe store for a look round, but you can get on and off anywhwere and - unlike other cities - there really is another bus along in 10 minutes! Well worth doing the bus tour, we thought, and the ticket lasts 2 days so you can go back to something if you like.

A great hotel - many thanks to TA for pointing us to it. Difficult to work out which location you should stay in, but this hotel is perfect. I would stay again when I return.

Room Tip: River view rooms beautiful but you can hear distant tram rumbling so if you need perfect peace, go f...

I stayed here recently for four nights on a business trip and was more than satisfied with the facilities, service and overall experience.

The breakfast buffet at euro 20 was a little steep, but most hotels of this stature seem to have gone this way. They agreed a rate of euro 15 since I was booking four breakfasts (worth noting). it was comprehensive and of a high standard so worth the money.

The room was very comfortable if a little on the warm side but nothing that opening the window/door didn't resolve, summer could be hot though...

The sleep quality was superb a very very quiet room indeed located within a central courtyard so to speak towards the rear of the hotel.

I requested an iron & ironing board, Wi-Fi card and a UK adapter all of which were delivered to my room promptly on different occasions

The hotel is centrally located to access the city's main attractions.

I would certainly stay here again.

The interior is very modern but not to the point of trendy. Service is very good both day and evening teams.
close to many sites including the Brandenberg gate and walking distance to Holocaust memorial and even Check point Charlie (although far enough need comfortable walking shoes)

Room Tip: choose room on the interior court as the rail Trams pass in front of the hotel and make a characteri...

Spent 2 nights here with my family (wife and baby). I have stayed and reviewed the Melia in London which was mixed but I gave the chain another chance in Berlin. The price was good, location was great and my expectations were exceeded. We had a nice room in the corner overlooking the river. Spacious with a cot for the baby (and a little gift). Location in Mitte is perfect for walking distance to tourist attractions and shopping. Room service was good and the restaurant did a good job. Wifi isn't free. Would recommend for first-time and family travelers to Berlin.

I stayed here recently on a business trip. The hotel is very convenient and central near to shopping and business districts. The hotel is clean and well equipped. The food and beverage selection is good. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. We had a conference in the hotel which was well organised. We got a good corporate rate and so it was good value. The hotel is modern and the staff are helpful, I would certainly consider returning in future.

Room Tip: The rooms are quite well insulated so I did not notice any traffic noise.
