I stayed here as part of a group of six. It's a very clean and we'll run hostel, with well equipped kitchen and lounge room. The beds were big and comfortable, the only downside to the room was that there was only one double plug socket, but that wasn't much of a problem at all.
I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a private 4-bed room in this hostel in October 2013 for 3 nights. The hostel is impeccably clean, the staff are friendly and there's a generally warm and friendly atmosphere among everyone staying in the hostel. If you're a bit stuck for ideas of clubs or bars to go to, the staff are more than willing to help you out and recommend places. The bathrooms are shared - two per floor - and I thought this would be a problem for me. However, because the hostel is kept exceptionally clean, I didn't mind it one bit! There's a brilliant lounge and kitchen area, and you get free tea and coffee if you like their facebook page. They also offer breakfast for 2 euros, it's very basic (toast and cereal) but it's good if you just need to get something in your stomach before you start the day. A bottle of beer is 2 euros, or 1 euro during happy hour. The hostel also offers a free walking tour of Berlin which runs everyday at about midday, which was brilliant. The hostel is in a pretty good location, U-bahn station round the corner, lots of cafes and bars in the vicinity.

All in all, I would highly recommend this hostel and if I return to Berlin i'd definitely stay there again.

By far my favourite hostel, the place is very clean, and well situated - right by a station but also within walking distance of tourist attractions, bars, good eateries and flea markets. The place itself is awesome if you want to stay inside, nice kitchens and lounge to interact with other travellers and the happy hour is a great excuse to stay in. However like most good hostels there is also many outdoor activities planned daily as well as guides for you to go independently so that you can maximise your stay - which is all down to the helpful and well travelled staff.
I will definitely return and would recommend to any traveller of any style, even if you're not much of a hostel goer just because it is completely worth it.

I stayed at east seven with 3 other friends and we had some much fun there, there's a beer happy hour (In Germany is happier) from 8pm to 10pm, is close to some restaurants, metro stations, supermarket, etc.

The staff is friendly and they are always happy to help. It's a great place to meet friends from all over the globe.

The room is very confortable. It was a private rrom for me with my girlfriend and the only problem is that the hostel doesn't have lift and the bathroom are shared.
But, even with tis I recommend. The stay there was good.
The kitchen is one of the best I ever see in hostals and the Free Walking tour starting at 12:30 with an Australian guide (sorry but I forgot his name) is a perfect history tour about cold war and the wall.

The hostel is one of the cleanest I've been to, with clean spacious rooms and an excellent common area. Add the outdoor garden, and a location that's about a 20-min walk from Alexanderplatz, and you've got yourself a good deal.

For a hostel this good, the staff can be a bit weird at times. Also be prepared for some "rules" - the silliest of which is a leash on your hand! Just a bit unexpected considering how tolerant Berlin is..
