This is a nice hotel in the Mitte, very near the Alexanderplatz.
Rooms are very comfortable...fun colors..kind of funky...No doorman and
little concierge service. Rooms have small kitchens.
Make sure you get internet included in rate or they charge E15 per day!
Booking with them is the best way to go.

Absolutely fabulous! Gorgeous, beautifully designed, clean, contemporary, spacious, fantastic location in the midst of cutting-edge, fashionable boutiques, and a variety of eateries (try the Asian restaurant 'Prince' next door!). Most amazing views over the city. Everything within walking distance. The staff were lovely, and they have a wonderful policy of just leaving you to your own devices, but are there in an instant if you need anything....really can't fault this gem of a boutique hotel. And, it has a really interesting history to boot .....

Room Tip: We had the Penthouse apartment. It had it's own entrance and lift which was an added bonus.

I have no major complaints about this hotel, and my stay was fine, but I doubt I will stay here again. The staff were very friendly, and although the rooms were very clean, it was much too expensive for what you actually get. The rooms are very 'hostel' feeling, and the use of space was very poor. There are many nicer places nearby for about the same amount of money. If you're in a hurry or the nearby hotels are booked, you should stay here and not worry, but if you have time to search out other places, it might be a good idea.

It is supposed to be an apartment hotel with a cool design. Upon arrival one is treated very casually by the hip guy behind the desk, everything starts rather nicely but the room does not meet expectations. Cheap chic meets run down facilities, all extras are hideously expensive (WLAN 15 EUR per night etc.)

This place is for your average redneck who wants to feel glam in the big city. I will not go there again

Stayed here for 4 nights and I really loved this place. A minor touch, but it really sets the scene, is the automatic door swinging open upon arrival to this hotel. Check-in was quick, smooth and I really like the interior style of this design hotel.

Not sure if this hotel would be classified as a 'Hipster Hotel', but I loved it (and I'm not a hipster, or I don't think I am).

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower design and generously stocked bathroom amenities added to the overall feeling of minimalist luxury.

Next time in Berlin, I'm staying at Lux 11 again for sure.

Attentive personnel, mainly Kat. Location is perfect! Good restaurants nearby. Oliv, a charm cafeteria is on the corner. Babylon, for film fans is perfect.

If you make reservation, do it directly on the site, there are lots of ammenities and advantages (free wifi, early checkin).

Just one problem, courtains do not block light from street. If you have problems with light, ask a room on backyard.

Enjoy it!!!

I have been to this hotel several times thought the years and it always great to return there.
Location is perfect you are very close to Mitte and tube stations which allows you to move anywhere in Berlin.

Rooms are bright and specious, design is modern and minimalist, you also have kitchenette in some rooms which allows you to have breakfast or lunches in a hotel.

At present the hotel is going through some renovations so there no restaurant in the building but there so many restaurant in the area we never felt that it was necessary.
