I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and on the whole it was very good. Breakfast seemed overpriced but I could easily go elsewhere.
The good is the quiet yet convenient location near Potsdamer Platz which was lively of an evening. The staff were very helpful, letting us leave our luggage for free after check out, the standard of everything in room (except the TV) is great.
Cons are paid WiFi, although there is a Starbucks near Potsdamer station with free WiFi. The station is a bit of a walk and events can be noisy, we could hear one late Saturday night but it didn't bother us enough to stop us sleeping.
Overall a very nice hotel,
