We (2 adults + 1 10yo child) visited as part of a "berlin cafe tour" in end of March. The place looks pretty cool and is divided into 4 zones (French, American, British and the Russian). As there were no space in the Russian sector we sat in the American sector. Quite nice little quirk. Outside seating was primarily made up from modified pallets which looked ok. To get here is simple and this is located at one end of the Mauer Memorial Park. We ordered coffee and saft (juice) + 2 slices of cake. One the menu it shows 4 different cakes, but only 2 were available. The cakes felt as if they were of the kind that last for weeks. Not excellent. Service was so so. Quite a few Germans were here when we visited so we presume it was popular among the local population. Oh, and if you visit on a weekend you can walk to the Mauer Park/Stadium afterwards where there is a huge flea market.
