Friendly and accommodating -- We were able to sample 3 different types of dumplings and 3 different dipping sauces and they kindly agreed to fry half the dumplings and steam the rest, so we could sample both types of preparation. The dumplings are decidedly less doughy, rather light and fluffy affairs. Our favorite were the spinach with goat cheese, and we thought the best dipping sauce was the soy sesame. We found both the yoghurt mint and the tomato dipping sauces to be rather underwhelming and not very impressive. There was a fourth dipping sauce we did not taste and there was a fourth dumpling with Tofu, which we also did not order. We did sample the quinoa salad which was super-fresh but otherwise needed a bit more flavor. This was remedied by adding some of the soy sesame sauce to the salad (!). Located down a quiet street with a few tables outside, in addition to cozy indoor seating.
