Food was ok, but service was awful. Guy, who server our talbe, almost throwd menus to the table. His style (throwing things with noise) also continued at the time he brough cutlery. He was impatient if we couldn't choose a wine, he didn't recommend either - he had enough time, because there wasn't too many people. Probably he wanted to talk with people he knew on the other table.

While working a trade show in Berlin, we stumbled upon this restaurant in what I would call a Fantastic restaurant row in Berlin. In fact, we went back for dinner three times. The girls are friendly and smile and the service is good. The restaurant environment is cozy with outdoor seating along the front window. It is super clean and the tables and large and work great for groups of four. I honestly do not remember ever eating Thai food that was better than this. The prices are super reasonable and there is a great choice. Definitely check out their specialties on the back page of the menu such as, number 106 - Ped Chaapa, crispy duck breast, homestyle on fried shitake, shrimps, cashew nuts and vegetables. The spicy fried beef is outstanding, number 105. You need to get to this place early or after the crowd around 9:30 or so. This is a hopping area where you can find Hasir Burgers and great pubs and a host of other ethnic cooking. Please do not get this restaurant confused with the other Chaapa, make sure you say Adalberstrasse!
