Arrived at around 12.30PM. Was sick and had high temperature. Have explained that at the reception, however was denied to get a room, because you can get it only after 3 PM. Minus 10 outside and I was suggested walking and coming later. Have asked metro tickets and to put the payment on the room number. was refused, as they did not know which room I will get, even I was asked to give the a credit card to make reservation for extra expenses.

It is a case, when you are asking yourself, why you need to have human beings working at the reception, as auto response machine can do the same things.

Stayed for a night on a business trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice (however small) room, very clean, fair sleeping comfort. Wide range of TV stations.

Biggest draw back was the fact that the room didn't have a minibar (machine on the 1st floor). Didn't explore the area much but it is well located, close to U-Bahn, 20EUR taxi ride from Tegel.

Very good value for money for the single room.

Good breakfast selection, however quite expensive (19EUR) in relation to room price and Berlin price level in general.

Would/will come back if I have business in the area.

A very nice standard hotel, good situated in the KuDam area. Nice clean room. No restaurant and bar in the hotel, but plenty in the surounding area.

As the weather in Berlin was very cold, unfortunately also my room was a bit cold.

A very recommendable hotel for its category, with a great breakfast buffet and extremely friendly service. The underground station is just around the corner and the best hotel to choose if you plan to visit the Natural History museum.
Very central but quiet place.
