Excellent family room, lots of space and very clean. Very comfortable beds and a really good shower. Staff in reception are lovely and very helpful. Lovely residential area of Berlin, great for shopping, away from the centre but nice and quiet. Easy access to the airport by train (train station round the corner). Good value for money.

Firstly I would like to express my gratitude to the manager who so graciously resolved a miscommunication at the end of our stay. We had booked a 3-night stay at Ku Damm and were told on check-in that this included breakfast and that it was all paid for. Upon check-out however, we were told that we needed to pay 96 euro for our breakfasts. I am very appreciative of the staff for listening to us and for the manager's decision to not charge us. So thank you very much! The breakfast buffet was excellent, by the way, with a great selection of food and located on the top floor of the hotel in a light and open space with beautiful views. So if you do stay, have breakfast included! The rooms are large, minimalist but comfortable. A pillow bar is offered so you may want to take up on that if you don't like small/thin pillows. Our room faced away from the street so it was very quiet.

Resting after very hectic months I felt very comfortable at this hotel and enjoyed the easy public transportation's near to all interesting places in the middle of Berlin. I strongly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay. The Wellness Center is outstanding and professional. Only the bedding in the room should reconsidered, but this was the only negative point.
