Good location for those who intend to do some shopping. At excellent reach of all public transportation. Lobby bar provides good servise but a bit restricted seating capacity. Breakfast at 7th floor however makes it uo with excellent view.

The service in the hotel is excellent!The staff is young and friendly.They prepared us a breakfast and coffee for our early leave at 4am!The rooms are really big and clean.The comfort is very good!The breakfast is excellent and healthy.
There are 2 minuses however-1)At the first floor the rooms were not well noise insulated-you can hear the traffic all the night all,and there is traffic all night long.
2)There is no balcony in the rooms
We have been stayed here for 4 nights and we had an huge bedroom with sight at the famous Kufurstendamm str. the fashion road of Berlin. The personnel were polite and professional. We had great time thanks to this Hotel too.

Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. V helpful staff. Would happily stay here again for. Good public transport links but quite far away from main tourist attractions. Quite a lot of street noise. Even on 6th floor.
KU'Damm 101 is a delightful small hotel.
The rooms are really pleasant, and quite generously sized.
We found the place really good value for money, and enjoyed the fact that restaurants, as well as conveniencestores where within 100 meters of the hotel.
We will definitely be back.

nice hotel, great people..
if you just want to stay, it is good enough. do not expect more.
very close to U-bahn and bus stations. many food options around the hotel.
Because Berlin's public transport system is perfect, you do not need to stay in top center..
