We stayed here for 3 nights - everything worked perfectly. The reception staff was most friendly and helpful - very nice and helpful service, excellent rooms and the breakfast buffet exceptionally good!! All in all a really recommendable hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference at the ICC.

Good:
- Short distance to ICC with S-Bahn
- At Kurfuerstendamm (=nice stores to look at - but ofcourse very expensive)
- Very friendly, smiling service minded staff
- Clean

Bad:
- Plain, "cold", small, "designed" rooms - white walls no art/pictures, linolium at floor
- Hospital like design. Not very cosy.
- Uncomfortable hard bed - small pillows, thin blankets
- Small desk, small TV, hard chair
- Small, budget body-wash/shampoo (containing only a few mililiters for a single bath)
- Wireless Internet not for free (expensive)
- Wellness area (massage etc.) but only if you book days in advance - otherwise empty/closed.

Friendliest reception staff I ever met in Germany ...I should know since I have lived here for several years! Hotel is modern , neat and good value for money. Near ICC but also close to very upmarket 'shopping mile' . No minibar , or coffee facility in room so don't be disappointed if this is an expectation.

I stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference at the ICC. It was one of the most satisfactory hotel visits in a long time for me.

As this was a business trip I had very specific needs. I needed close proximity to the ICC (this is about €6 in a taxi or a 15min walk) and I needed comfortable, clean accommodation.

The hotel is spotless - possibly the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The beds are very comfortable with excellent pillows (if maybe a little bit small). Also, for the duration of my stay I only heard someone outside my room on a single occasion. The walls are thick and solid so they isolate noise very well.

I want to single out Alicia on the reception desk for praise. She was friendly and incredibly efficient. I found her to be better than any receptionist at any of the good 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

If you are attending something at the ICC I really don't think there is a better option.

This hotel claims to be a "design hotel" but their design did not impress. Kind of feels like being in a hospital. Rooms are very plain and the TV is extremely small. Location is at the very end of the famous Kudamm boulevard, so you need to walk about 20 minutes to reach the other end which is more popular with the Gedächtniskirche on Breidscheidplatz. In the area of Charlottenburg around Kudamm there are lots and lots of hotels to choose from, so I will think again before spending 100 Euros or more for this minimalistic design hotel.

Although the hotel is on Ku' Damm, it is at the far end from the action. with few bars or restaurants around. The hotel is clean, but the minimalist design, and linoleum floors make sounds reverberate. The rooms are spartan, small towels, just one small soap, no slippers or robes, no fridge or mini bar, no tea or coffee making facilities, the television is of the old tube type, and only works sometimes. No complimentary drinking water, just a small bottle for sale at 2.38 euros. The small double bed was split, and had a canyon in the middle. The wifi is very expensive, and does not allow for incremental use. The breakfast is expensive at 15 euros per person, but there are a couple of restaurants next door who offer great breakfasts or coffee at half the price.
The reception staff is very professional, and friendly.

Room Tip: Get a room at the back for a quiet night.
