Mandala has always been my favourite choice whenever I visit Berlin. Location is fantastic and there are a lot of facilities & good restaurants around the area. We also had lunch at Facil and it exceeded our expectations! Food is even better than the last time (2017). Reception and staffs are excellent and genuine. Very helpful. Will go back there again soon.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room was very spacious with a large walk-in closet, balcony and huge bathroom. Amenities were excellent including a wet bar, robes, great shampoo and lotions, luxurious special pillows that can be ordered. The location is excellent, near many shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was delicious and beautifully laid out. The spa was under renovation, so we did not get to see it.

The Mandala in Berlin is a truely 5 star hotel. Just opposite of Potsdamer Platz it has a very central location. The service and the rooms were exceptionally good and very modern. It was a real pleasure to stay here. The rates on this weekend were reasonable.

We booked the base level hotel room for 2 nights in Berlin at the end of a week long Germany vacation. When we had arrived they upgraded our room 2 notches to an executive suite (I'm not sure if they did this because I had mentioned when booking that we were spending our 15th anniversary at their hotel). I never want to stay anywhere else again. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The service was top notch. While many guests were there for business and dressed much nicer than my husband and I (we were there to sight see, and were dressed nicely, but comfortably) we were always treated with the same respect. My husband took advantage of their very nice work out facility. The hotel itself is located within walking distance of many fantastic attractions and right by a metro station, so getting anywhere is quick and easy. They valet parked our car at the beginning of our stay, and we didn't need it again until we left for the airport (getting the car back from valet took less than 5 minutes). We did sleep with the windows closed at night, as there is a lot of street noise, but that's to be expected when you stay at a hotel in a location with a vibrant night life. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is superb, my room was very comfortable with a nice city view and the breakfast was plentiful. I can highly recommended the hotel restaurant and of course the spa! The staff were excellent and so friendly. I will definitely return and urge others to stay at this hotel!!!!
