Though I didn't stay in the hotel, I had an opportunity to be there to meet my friends and had breakfast there for a couple of days. Breakfast was really good. I liked that Hot Chocolate Drink. Coming to room, it was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located in the main shopping area. Kurfuerstendamm is very closer. A nice apart type hotel for those who love to cook on their own.

Went there between May and June 2013 for business trip. The studio were spacious, comfy and clean. Equipped with flat screen TV, kitchenette, dishwasher machine, and microwave. Great staff and service. Moreover, free coffee and tea on the lobby!

U-bahn station nearby, grocery store on front of the hotel, and there were many of restaurant.

After experiencing another Citadines, this one was somewhat better.

Decent size self contained apartment, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. Heating wasn't the best and bathroom is a health and safety hazard as the shower is in the bathtub. With the bathtub being so deep, stepping out from the shower is precarious and plain dangerous as you inevitably slip.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming but the option for breakfast is disappointing as tbe dining area is located between reception and the elevator, so not the best location.

A leaisurely stroll will get you to the main shopping area, with a wide selection of dining options along the way as well as tour departure points. But if your legs and feeg are sore, a cab will cost around 6€

Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, quiet, great staff and service, very friendly and helpful, conveniently located for all forms of transport and tourist requirements. Great! Cant fault it. Would definitely go back to stay there next visit.

Room Tip: Corner suite was large and spacious, lots of light.

we lived in a studio for 4 nights. the staff is very helpful. the studios are quite spacious and very clean. the kitchenette has everything you will need. in front of the hotel is a grocery shop and a bakery. the location is not that near the important sights of the city, but the u-bahn is just a five-minute-walk away. the shopping street kufurstendamm is only 2 minutes away, but the hotel's location is in the expensive end - rolex, chanel etc. it is a nice neighborhood where we felt save every night.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. You get a kitchenette and a comfortable room. For less than a week, there is no cleaning, but you can exchange towels at reception. There is a laundry, read the instructions very carefully. A small buffet breakfast is available (11 EU), but Kaisers grocery and 3 deli/bakeries are across the street. There are lots of restaurants, even a Starbucks. Public transit is very good, though you can actually walk everywhere (depending on health) The shopping is everywhere, from the Ku'damm to the Europa Centre, everything is there. Something I never consider in a hotel, but if it matters to you, the TVs should have been replaced when the wall came down :) There is construction next door, but they do not start until 7. Very quiet at night. The windows open for fresh air.
We very much enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Facing the street, not the construction.

I would stay here again easily. It was raining some of the days we were there. They did have umbrellas you could borrow which I've never seen anyone else do before. You could also get electrical adapters for a 10 euro deposit per adapter. The area is very clean and the shops are high end. The bus and train system was super close by and very efficient. The most we ever waited was 3-4 minutes if you knew how to read the bus schedule. Staff were friendly. I agree with the other reviews that there was no room cleaning nor ice machine in the building but the little fridge could make you ice quite efficiently and their microwave oven was also a grill combination again which I have never seen in North America. Rooms were quite big.
