A good hotel with a Andy Warhol-theme. Quite fresh and cool I think(but what do I know?)
Nice big and quiet rooms, good beds.
Breakfast is OK.
I found it very central, only 3 min from Ku'damm.
Would love to come back to this Hotel.

As you can see from the hotel pics, it is new and modern. Basic but clean, and the staff were great. I thought I had left something behind, and when I emailed them asking to have a look, they were very responsive. The closest metro stop is about a 10 min walk though, and there aren't many things going on around the hotel other than restaurants. It faces a big street so can get noisy.

We made a last minute booking and were welcomed by a very accommodating man named Robert(I think). Check in was fast and we were given early check in. Room was clean, well equipped with coffee maker, pay TV, minibar and A/C. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The staff is very serviceminded and the barman funny. We enjoyed 2 luches and spent an evening in the Factory bar. Great atmosphere. Breakfast is tastefull. The area has many nice restaurants, cafèes and close to Kudamm and many nice stores.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will consider this hotel the next time I visit Berlin.
The staff really has the "Yes, I can!"-attitude.

Stayed here approx two weeks ago for a weekend city break.

Hotel is very well presented and clean. I found the staff very polite and helpful. It was always very quiet here, then again Berlin is in general compared to other capitals in Europe.

The hotel is located one street away from the main shopping strip that takes you into the city centre. There are two Metro (U-Bahn) stations 5 mins walk from the hotel. There is a supermarket more or less across the road the hotel. The hotel (and Berlin Central) is located about 25-30 mins drive from Schönefeld airport, which is going to cost you around 35 Euro in a Taxi at the time of writing this review.

We loved Berlin itself, it's very different from other capital cities and everything is clean and the people are so efficient at any task or job they are employed in. It's very quiet, you do not get the noise or mayhem you experience in Central London or Paris for example. You also feel very relaxed and safe here.

I found the German people great (well could certainly learn a few things here!), they are not rude but tend to just say it how it is and don't have the apologetic way about them that you sometimes find with people in the UK- they are just straight talking and that's their way.

This is a great city break and hotel to experience it in, perfect for shopping (everything is covered), seeing a few sights and dining in the evening.

The hotel is centralised around Andy Warhol and his two paintings (Marilyn Munroe & Cambell Soup Cans), they are everywhere! Room and bed size was a bit small and also strange with a picture of Andy Warhol directly above the bed. We requested a baby cot but didn't receive it. Room service was expensive for the size of the meals. The location was a bit far from the train station (20 minutes walk) but ok if you are happy to travel by bus to the train station. Overall the room was neat, clean, a comfortable bed and a wonderful hot shower. Travelled in June 2013.

Dear Cassie G,

thank you very much for your feedback on Tripadvisor.

We have a lot more art to offer than the "Flowers" and "Marilyn". You can also find some private photos of Andy Warhol taken by his friend Chrstopher Makos, the art works "Mao", "Shadows", "Faces"... Please contact us next time directly so we can show you all his art during one of our free art tours!
We are just two minutes away from the Kurfürstendamm, which is the main shopping road in Berlin. We are right in the center of West Berlin, as Berlin is quite a big city, there are two city centers: East & West. It really depends on what you would like to see, but as we are very close to public transport (U-Bahn 5 min walk, S-Bahn 7 min walk, busses 3 min walk), it's very easy to travel around.
I am very sorry that you didn't get your cot. Did you check with reception? This is very unusual as we have five of them at the hotel and they are never in use all at once. Please accept my sincerest apologies for this.

On behalf of my team I would like to thank you for your visit and hope to see you again when you are back in Berlin.

Best wishes,

Stayed with my partner from the 8th June for a week. Great hotel where we loved our room, the area, the staff and the food/drink and would definitely return.

Good points:
-Friendly staff at check in/restaurant/bar. Welcomed us and spoke great English when they could see our German was rubbish.
-Room was huge. Spacious and very comfortable. Clean and tidy, good decor.
-Food and drink lovely. Enjoyed dinner and very good value for food portions and drinks
-Mini bar very reasonable. Some hotels charge a fortune but for less than 4 euros for most alcoholic drinks you wouldn't feel silly having a drink in your room at the end of a night!
-Nice fitness centre (very small but functional).
-Location excellent and not far from centre of town. In an area that was quiet enough to get a great night's sleep

Less good points:
-Maid service a bit strange....once we had used all the toilets in our room (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, shaving kit, conditioner...etc) we came back to find the maid had just replaced the lot with about 6 mini bottles of shampoo. Obviously not a very detailed maid check!
-On a similar note, had items we used from the mini bar then came back to our room and though the room had been done, they weren't replaced.
-Curtains in our room didn't stretch right over the window so light got in and it was hard to sleep come the early morning. Small detail but pretty annoying!

Apart from those details we loved our stay and would definitely return. Great value too.
