“A Schnitzel that will blow you away”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

This place hidden under a bridge and located just before the east side gallery is AMAZING!!
I've had my fair share of schnitzels all over Germany, Austria and even Poland but this one is just GREAT.
The staff are nice guys and really polite, the menu options are just great with the 5 euro option of a schnitzel with french fries and salad or the 3 euro option with a schnitzelburger. The quality and taste is really good and it is a pity I don't live in berlin because I would go at least once a week.
A place to visit and eat a good schnitzel when in town.
Sauce selection is also quite broad so I liked it even more.
GO, EAT and ENJOY!

“Fast food meets schnitzel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

Great bang for your buck, Scheers offers a terrific quick lunch for 5 euros of schnitzel, fries and a side salad. Not much space to sit so it fills up pretty fast. Make sure to try some of the herb sauce with your schnitzel!

“Great Schnitzel Before the Wall”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

I saw Scheers Schnitzel on Trip Advisor and was hoping to catch a bite there before I left Berlin. On my Trip Advisor Self Guided walking tour of street art, I ended up at the restaurant right before seeing the longest remaining part of the Berlin Wall. Great food, great service and quick. Food was made right in front of me and the workers were so pleasant. Great David Hasselhoff conversation paired with a true German Schnitzel.

“The Newest Berlin Tourist Attraction!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

This tiny restaurant is located under the bridge on Mühlenstraße, down the street from the Warchauer subway (U-Bahn). From the outside it doesn't look like much, however thankfully to all the TripAdvisor posts, I decided to drag my girlfriend here to try their schnitzel. For 5.00 Euro you get a huge Schnitzel, fries and a salad. You can see from the attached pictures that you get it on a paper plate, but don't let that fool you, it's GREAT!

MY TIP: Get off at the Berlin Ostbahnhof and walk south to Mühlenstraße, turn left and follow the East Side Gallery (artistic Berlin wall) until you get to the bridge. Hidden on the cross corner you'll find this great restaurant. Weather permitting, take your lunch "to go", then head back to grassy area behind the wall. Here you can enjoy your lunch away from the traffic and in peace while getting a moment to soak in the sun and relax by the lazy river!

“Good German Fodder”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2013

A sneaky little gem. The Schnitzel is cheap and authentic, located just around the corner from the East Side Gallery and down the road from Warschauer Strasse and Michelberger Hotel.

It's a place that even locals go to, which says a lot.
