We stayed here for a weekend and loved the view from 27th floor, and liked the newly renovated bathroom with separate loo and shower with glass doors very much. Checkin was also express checkout, ie give credit card number for any purchases and leave keycards in room., which was handy as 2 buses arrived as we left. Breakfast was pleasing as a big choice of foods, especially fruit.
However, the Burger King on the obne entrance and Tourist Info on the other side made the reception area very muddled and crowded, which we did not like. Also we were unpleasantly surprised at having to pay 2 Euros per bag for storage as our room wasn't ready when we arrived and then again when our flight home was late evening the day we left.
All in all, easy to get to but rather impersonal as so huge.More
