This attraction is located in a dark basement, - at times a little too dark to see properly. A guide leads the way and introduces you to each monster as you pass them. The monsters are mechanical, really well crafted, but you are left to watch each of them for too long. It was difificult to find the location as well. In a rather well hidden backyard. Despite being impressed by the crafting and operation of the monsters, it is not an attraction to be generally recommended to eveybody visiting Berlin. But if you have a taste for a little "horror", this may be just the thing for you.

Very interesting and worthwhile tour of a subterranean museum. It is filled with fun, artistically designed moving monsters. Totally worth the time and the few euros to get in.

Ok the mecanical monsters were so cool, ao cool to see what people can do with mecanics, however, it was 8euro and lasted 20 mins and id say 10 of those minutes were the tour guide talking . I dont think its a must see in Berlin, but you may as well see it. I did come out dissapointed

Went to this museum after reading about it on here. It is definatly quirky and different but it most certainly is also expensive.
I arrived and with me another group of Spanish people who stumbled on the place without knowing what it was. They weren't given a lot of info and were therefore quickly sold a ticket. If you are long enough in Berlin and have cash to spend, then yeah why not otherwise I suggest you to go and visit the monster outside of the kabinett then stroll along "warschauerstrasse" and RAW temple where you can also see very quircky (street)art. For free.

A little loud but most impressive! Real passionate people have built the ultimate Dead Chickens memorial. Some says 2013 is the year where steampunk becomes mainstream. If so this would be the doorway. Prepare for something different with an open mind and enjoy.
