I have to agree with the traveller from Ft. Worth, who wrote about the Radisson SAS in Berlin.
We stayed in august for 7 nights, and throughout the stay the service and the maidservice were so inconsistent, that it just did not feel like a 5-star hotel.
From the arrival, where our business-class room didn´t have a balcony as promissed, to the "morning"paper that arrived at 10 o´clock(4 out of 7 days. 3 days it it didn´t arrive at all). I had to ask for the coffee for the in-room Nespresso maschine, fruit-plate was left to rot beside the bed, the flower in the bathroom got so "tired" it fell asleep down the side of the vase and was laying on the sink, ect. I got the feeling, that they just didn´t care at this hotel.
I will go back to Berlin for New Years, but i will stay somewhere else.More
