Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Only bad think I can say about the hotel is that we stayed in Room 304 (a non-smoking room), directly above the rear entrance to the backyard patio.

Whenever people smoked cigarettes directly below, the smoke went straight up to our room.

Another bad thing was that we booked a "Superior" room facing the rear of the building (Parking lot side) to presumably avoid street noise. Problem with that was that at 7:30 in the morning there was what sounded like glass bottle sorting for about 30 minutes each morning and also motorcycles and other vehicles loading and starting their engines. No air conditioning, so we had to have the windows open.

Breakfast was a little pricey at 12 Euros/PP.

Again though, the staff was EXTREMELY nice!!More

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff

Very friendly staff both at front desk and breakfast. Nice clean room. Perfekt with a good mexican/italian restaurant next door if you don't want to go far for dinner. What I liked best was the friendly staff. A minus was the cigarette smoke that came in from the smoking balcony. A very good hotell if you don't have to live in or very near the city center.

Room tip: The rooms at the beck of the hotell are quieter. The hotell is at a quite buisy 2 lane road.

Basic but convenient

Some of the staff here were very friendly and the breakfast was nice but a bit pricey at €12 pp. The whole hotel was well cleaned and I feel like the reception would answer any requests. There's a few nice qualities like bottle opener and wine glasses in the room. Hotel computer with Internet free to use as is the wifi (free wifi was good enough to stream). The lobby area is nice too but the rooms really need refurbishment and they could offer more facilities. It is basic but it's close to the airport with a direct bus stop outside and has shops and McDonald's near by. The Mexican food next door is great though.

Close to Schonefeld airport

Pros
-very nice staff who even printed our documents - room was nice and clean -excellent bus connection to Schonefeld airport

Cons
-our room had a window to a parking lot, so it was not easy to sleep with opened window.Especially in the morning

A nice hotel on the outskirts of town

My Dad and I stayed here for three nights. It is convenient by bus or the U to Berlin and is near many places to eat and shop. The hotel has a restaurant (which we chose to not eat at because we wanted to explore other options). It also has parking available for 5 Euro's a night, but parking on the street was free and plentiful. It was warm and the room didn't have AC, but the desk provided a fan when we requested it.

Room tip: The parking lot side would probably be quieter than the street side if you need to the windows to be opened.

Good and decent hotel

The overall quallity is good; clean rooms, breakfast is good and the service is quick and efficient. The fact that the hotel is located nearby a bus stop is a plus. Two remarks though, the rooms can use airconditioning; the heat can't get out the room very easily and the busy road in front of the hotel may be inconvenient for visitors.

Room tip: The rooms located in tha back are less noisy.
