If you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport this is it. We ate in the restaurant and it was ok. Beer was cold. We expected average and were not disappointed. That said you still should expect to pay for the convenience of proximity to airport.

Before flying out of Berlin, this was a good basic night’s stay. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although it is basically at the airport, there was not the noise I was expecting.

A forced stop, due to easyjet cancellation of our flight was made extremely agreable by the freindly and helpful staff - especially Florian at the reception. We had a nice time with the swimming pool and good restaurant and breakfasts.

Only here for one night with a 0200 check in and a very mixed bag...
.
Night receptionist / porter was great - really helpful and polite...
Room spacious and clean...
Sound proofing seemed to be good...
Bed really comfortable...
Great location for airport with a pretty much on demand shuttle...
BUT
Expect to be woken up when house keeping decide you should wake up...
Had confirmed check out was at 1200 and put the do not disturb sign on the door and yet cleaner stormed into the room before 1000 before being told to leave - and they didn't bother to turn the light off...
Then unbelievably they did it again approx 50 minutes later...
Did complain to manager who was very apologetic and will hopefully make sure that basics like a 'do not disturb' sign means guests aren't disturbed in future

Without this incident would have scored way higher...

The sauna room is cold and I have been woken up at 9am by the cleaning team in the lobby. I have called front desk twice, and them did not stop doing it.

I have requested them to re-credit me for $272.15 for one night stay.

They did not apology for the bad service and did not re-credit me.

Worst experience in my life so far.

Room tip: do not choose this hotel if you can
