Staff are very helpful and polite. Nice clean and spacious rooms with modern furniture. Did not tried breakfast. Hotel location is in quite area. Grocery store and few restaurant are right at the corner.

The hit is M2 stop right in front of Hotel which takes you to Alexender Platz and one can take public transport to anywhere.

WiFi was included in rate but was available for only one device per room :(

Good, peaceful and relaxing stay in this hotel

The staff was very polite and the room was crisp and clean, although it was only equipped with a shower (I love hot tubs).

Had a bit of trouble falling asleep at night though, a weird sound kept coming from above the bed somehow (as if a freezer would start and stop periodically, although I checked and it wasn't the freezer that made the sound). Nothing major anyway, once I've fallen asleep I forgot everything.

Highly recommended for the morning buffet, which has everything you could wish for, from waffles to fruit-milk, omelet, meat, juices etc.

The bistro seems a bit overpriced otherwise, especially since there are so many other places to eat nearby (and even a Lidl if you crave for an evening snack).

Didn't try the gym as I only stayed there for one night.

This is a very nice hotel. The furniture is modern and comfortable and provides besides a bed opportunity to sit down and relax, work or watch TV. One can spend time in the room without the urge to get out. This is perfect for a business trip. I experienced the staff friendly. As other travellers mentioned, the wifi is not that great. The breakfast is awesome. Besides the charge for the room, I was charged additional services after my stay that I have not understood, directly taken from my credit card. Be aware of this. Otherwise I recommend it.

My adult son and I stayed four nights here. Unless you want to be in the middle of the tourist area this is a great place to be.

The hotel is across the street from an M tram that can take you directly to Alexanderplatz -- or you can stop at a few stops on the way and walk easily into the heart of Prenzlauer Berg and its restaurants/bars. This was preferable to us than the downtown/Mitte area.

The room was small but clean. The staff was efficient, courteous and professional. We had split our trip and when we returned to Berlin we stayed elsewhere -- I wish we had booked our return here.

People who aren't up to finding their way around on the transportation line might not being 10 minutes away from the center of Berlin. Others will like this place.

I had a few worries about this hotel, but our stay was excellent. We had a bright, spacious room, which was clean and comfortable. Although not in the main centre, the location is good for getting around. The S-BahnCard is about 5 mins walk, & it takes no time atall to get into the central tourist areas. We bought a ticket for the 5 days we were there & it just saved so much time - we'll worth it.
Breakfasts in the hotel were really good with a variety of choice. The staff were always helpful , friendly & polite, and we couldn't fault them atall. If we did have any problems, they were only too happy to help we would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it.
