Right in the middle of Berlin! The Teirgarten is huge, lotsa walking and biking paths, greenery, lawns to lounge on, Beer Gardens, Art Installations, families, couples, it's really a great oasis in an otherwise bustling, modern city. Go for a few hours, bring some food, throw down a blanket, and take a load off! You've earned it!

Huge city park with many attractions and worth a walk around. The Victory Column is worth visiting and a stroll besides the canals is most pleasant

was a little sad to see the big cats small cages, but otherwise good. There was a large variety of animals and most of the animals looked happy. A nice day out with children.

We had to have the experience of a beer and German sausage in Berlin and where better than in the Tiergarten! A beautiful 3 km parkland - used for hunting by the aristocracy, in years gone by! It was a glorious day. We sat out and supped our beer and ate our sausage - brilliant! Highly recommneded.
