My three brothers and I booked this hotel in connection with a weekend and the IFA fair in Berlin.
The hotel is central to Alexander Place, but we discovered that the most exciting places in terms of shops and restaurants is a 5-10 minute drive outside the city, so it is recommended to look at places outside the center if you going to Berlin.
Taxis are cheap in Berlin if you want to get into the city center.
The hotel was spacious, with 2 large bedrooms with double beds and living room with kitchen. The kitchen lacked all of the equipment.
The standard of the rooms were low, but relatively clean.
The hotel has no elevator, so for us it was going up 5 floor, which was ok for us, but there can be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or children, this may be a problem.
We had no TV, which is always nice in the evenings when you relax before going out to eat.
All in all, this is not a hotel I recommend to others than those who want to be centrally located and reasonably priced, and preferably 3-4 people to share the bill.More
