Had two bars of chocolate custom made and bought a Ritter tin for a gift. A fun, inexpensive experience. We gave our order then popped back a few hours later to collect. Would have liked to have seen a wider choice in ingredients.

Had just 20 minutes to spend here unfortunately, but got a glance. All kinds of ritter sport available at nice price :-). A small exhibition telling where/how the chocolate comes from/are made/produced. Childfriendly. Compared to tax free prices, the prises here are a bargin, don't wait for "later" to buy if you plan to buy something, just do it! A cafè where you can buy chocolate, cakes, coffee etc if you fancy something. The best part (which we did'nt have time to try) is that you can sit down and make your own chocolate. Fun for kids :-). Would definately go back there if we travel to Berlin with kids. Nice for adults as a shopping break activity, especially for those who still have kept the child in themselves and love chocolate.

I am a chocolate lover, especially keen in Ritter Sport chocolates. This place is just so fun and suitable for young and elderly. You can sit at the cafe, you can buy as many bars of chocolate you want, you can make your own flavour bar, you can go around the information corner to learn the process of making chocolate; and if you are on a berlin bear hunt, you will also find one inside!

This is not a factory but it is an exhibition which tells you a very interesting story behind this very famous brand. It also has a very well stocked shop of everything they produce. My wife is a lover of this chocolate, she was in 7th heaven and came away with a carrier bag full of varieties that are not sold in the UK. Oh, forgot to mention that you can create your very own personalised chocolate bar, containing any combination of flavours they make. Sorry, forgot to say entry is free.
