We had spent three days in Berlin and thought we had covered all the important attractions, as we had taken many city tours. We met Jeremy Minsberg, our travel guide in Berlin on day four. We quickly came to realize how much we had missed. Jeremy showed us objects, streets, buildings only known to a true inhabitant of the city. He told stories of interest, and showed us video clips on his I-Pad which added to a better appreciation of the historical significances. Furthermore, our discussions enlightened us on life in Berlin currently, the new construction efforts, and the new culture. Our trip to Berlin would definitely have been lacking if it weren't for Jeremy's tour.

“Personal and great”

Very simple comment! Personal touch and local knowledge makes this company a great choice. No need to go with the gig groups if you can join one of these smaller nicer trips

Jeremy was the highlight of our trip to Berlin. He is a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm and yet presents a realistic picture of the cost of the holocaust to the people and the city. We would recommend him to anyone. He maximizes the use of time, has great visuals to talk about entire history. Hs fees are reasonable compared to others.

“The Berlin Expert”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

Jeremy was a wonderful guide for the 10 of us. It made the 3 hour trip back and forth from our ship well worth it. He was knowledgeable and passionate about "his" Berlin. I came away from the tour with knowledge and an insight about an American living in Berlin that I do not believe I would otherwise have from any other source. He was a good about getting us where we needed to be and in listening to our questins and answering them. Most of all we saw how people live in Berlin as well as the sights and came away with a better understanding of what it meant to live in Berlin in the past as well as in the present. He was as well patient and charming. We had a great time and I highly recommend him. Sue R (September 2012).

“A Day in Berlin with Jeremy Minsberg”
Reviewed September 14, 2012

How much can you see of Berlin in five hours? If you are meeting Jeremy Minsberg, the answer is a whole lot! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Jeremy---he is punctual, well organized, and extremely knowledgeable. We learned about the early history of northern Germany, the settlement of Berlin, and how the city fared during both World Wars, its fate during WWII,both before and after the Wall, and a sense of the current politics. We did all that while being guided through most of the important sights as well as one art museum. We came away wtih the certainty that we'd like to return to this city.We appreciated how much Jeremy loves the city and loves his work--we benefitted from both!!
