At €40 a night this is not within the price range of many hostels in other parts of the world, but then this is not an ordinary 'hostel'. Other than the shared bathroom facilities it felt more like a cool, friendly boutiqu hotel - in an elegant old building but very modern & clean facilities it is a great place to stay.
I didn't make use of the lounge or bar but they looked like nice places to spend a bit of time, I did like the auto everything - from taps & showers to corridor lights they are all PIR operated and the doors even have a modern electronic passcode lock - a lot of investment has gone in to making this a great place to stay.
The location was pretty good, close to a U Bahn station, but there didn't seem to be lots in the immediate vicinity. Wi-fi is free (& they have 4 free PCs) plus bike hire for €15 a day. Overall - a good option and very easy going, well organised friendly staff
