“Value for Money”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 13, 2013

Great apartments. We were delighted with the standard of the apartment. It was both clean and modern with a great use of space. Kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge, two hot plates and a microwave / convection oven.Even had a dishwasher. There are two supermarkets very near with Kaisers being the nicer.Staff were welcoming and explained everything about the accommodation and were always willing to help. Nearest station is Uhlandstr which is only a short distance as is shopping area of Kurfurstendamm.Free wifi is supplied. Breakfast was extra.Overall for what we paid it was great value considering the very high standard

We walked in to see our apartment as were blown away! So modern and so lovely! It looked gorgeous and it was an amazing size. It has great wifi and a free breakfast (even though we have our own kitchen- breakfast is not great but it's free). The people were extremely nice and went over and above for you.
Things I don't like about the hotel: towels smelt funny and were very tough not soft. The pillows were too soft! Sore neck most nights. And the walls are very thin. We have some losers next to us that had a party (reception were fantastic dealing with this) and you could hear every noise! Seemed like they just banged things in there room all the time! Overall fantastic hotel!

Absolutely loved this place, which was the highlight of our European trip. We got this via a last minute deal with Accor Hotels, which worked out to less than Euro100 for 2 nights. A real steal, considering the value and centrality of the location. We arrived via Schoenefeld airport, and it's an easy bus ride to Rudow station, before getting off at Adenauer Platz U7 (which is a good 10 minute trek). This is an ideal exit and entry point for those on EasyJet. Berlin is really accessible via buses and trains (that you can set your watch by), so travelling to, fro and around is no problem. Best of all, its a serviced apartment with two main supermarkets(Kaiser being the better choice) less than 5minutes away. The ABBA hotel is located right in front of the aparthotel, which is located 250 metres from the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping street.
Pros
- Lovely, cozy yet compact rooms with all amenities provided
- Pillow menu on demand
- Free, speedy wifi
- Has an in house laundry where you can do a 8-10kg load for less than 9 euro.
- 10 minute walking distance to Ku Dam, with the hop on hop off tour buses beginning their trek from here
- Great supermarkets to stock up on breakfast and snacks
- Able to change bed to seating area with a flip, which was great for having meals in the room etc
- Great staff who very accommodating and helpful. Special mention to the Night manager during our stay end November 2013 who obliged us with maps to stations, advise, pillows, change for laundromat, assistance etc
- Loved the neighborhood which was quiet yet safe
Cons
- Absolutely nothing
Would highly recommend the place for all, especially families who want convenience, value, location, amenities etc. We really looked forward to spending time in the place, as it was really homely.I would definitely stay again, without hesitation and with the same price being offered.

Room Tip: All rooms were great

Adagio was recommended by friends. Wow - they did do well. All the staff were great and so welcoming. Everywhere perfectly clean. Shared a 4person apartment with 2 others and there was plenty of room and storage. A great place to stay.

Stayed here in October for the Festival of Lights and it was fantastic, if I know anyone going to Berlin I would recommend here.

The whole place is very modern and the rooms are lovely, they are a really nice size and is kitted out with everything you need.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly.

I think the biggest perk is the location, it’s right off of the main street where all of the tourist areas are, such as the Hard Rock Cafe etc, but as this is behind another hotel which is situated on the roadside its quiet at night.

Pros:
- Nice modern and comfy apartment
- Bed can be folded to become sofa
- Good location and surrounding area. Within walking distance to u-bahn station and Kudamm, however located on the quiet area off the Kudamm.
- Full kitchen utensils, good for self-caters
- Good value for money

Cons:
- Room were little bit dusty. As for the longer stay, the cleaning service doesn't come everyday. However, they can lend you a vacuum cleaner
- wifi signal in some room were weak. And internet were slow on the evening (7 - 9 pm)
