Stayed for 2 nights as part of tour. Hotel surrounding has nothing. You can take tram M5 or M6 to Alexanderplatz which is about 20 mins away, cost euro 2.20. Tram station is about 8 mins away from hotel. There is no free wifi and no kettle in room which I would not consider to stay if I am on my own trip. Breakfast has a decent spread but very crowded.
