It' a small restaurant located at the conner on a street. The service was very nice and friendly. They greet us really well. Mother of dumpling was tasty, I really like it. Duck dumpling needs to change to beans dumpling because all I tasted was bean, just a little bit of duck meat inside. Beef Roll were to sour. 3 start for nice services and some good dumpling but others was not worth for its price.

Yumcha Heroes is capitalizing in the most recent Chinese dumpling fad that is spreading the globe. They offer a good variety of Har Gow, plus thicker meat and vegetable filled dumplings with a bit of broth inside and the thick buns (from Northern China) with savory and sweet fillings. There are good sea food and vegetarian options. You can get the dumplings just steamed with a choice of 3 dipping sauces or you can order them as part of a soup. It takes about 20 minutes to process an order so this is not a fast food place. They do offer take out. Quality is very good but this is also not a cheap place. I liked the Shrimp Har Gow most as they an almost translucent and thin wrapper. The other dumplings are a bit too large for my taste and the wrapper is hence too thick. This means you cannot eat it in one bite which makes the ones filled with broth lose their flair (as all the broth escapes on the first bite). On the other hand an order of large dumplings comes in 6 and is a full meal. The flair of the Weinsberg Weg location is great but that of the Yumcha Factory in the Dunker Street in Prenzlauer Berg is not very appealing. It used to be a butchery and it still looks like one-meat hooks included and with uncomfortable seating. So go to the Weinsberg Weg location. I had better dim sum in New York, Los Angeles and even Miami so only 3 stars from me.

Have been to yumcha heroes on a number of occasions and the lunchtime menu never fails. There are three options (all comprised of a wan tan style soup and dumplings) for under 10 euros per person.

The dumplings are exquisite - non traditional but full of flavour and very filling. I'd also recommend the beef strips for a spicy twist for all meat lovers.

Finding a table is normally difficult, although the decking area is a great spot when the weather is good as it allows for great people watching in a buzzy part of town.

I went to Yumcha Heroes by recommendation. They have the best dumplings not only in Berlin but probably all over Europe.
The menu has limited choices as a typical chinese restaurant but the food is delicous. This is a small restaurant and cozy. You may need reservation if they do.
