I normally am not a fan of hotel restaurants. Quality food and good value for money is very important to me. I was staying in the hotel and the CEO of a company I was meeting with recommended we eat there. The interior of the restaurant was nice; the hostess who sat us smiled and was friendly. The wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The menu is mostly meat, which I don’t know normally eat on business trips. However, after a long day of travel and working their Steak and Fries and a glass of red wine sounded to good to pass up. They offered the entrecote or filet steak. I was talked into the filet and I ordered it rare. When it arrived the portions were on the smallish size, which was perfect for me, but the steak was overcooked. Welcome to Germany...... The red wine the waitress recommended was really good. All in all it was a good meal and good value for money. I ended up eating there each night of my stay ;-).
