As with most eateries in the Museum Island area, this pub with traditional rustic decor is a bit of a tourist trap but the food is decent and not too expensive. For about 25 euro the two of us had a decent sized lunch (a soup and the meat and dumpling dish) and beer each. They've an English menu and staff spoke English. Good place to take a break and plan your next move. I tried the red raspberry flavored beer which looked much more interesting than it tasted... I would only recommended it to someone who doesn't like beer and as such need raspberry syrup to mask the taste of beer!
