Upon entry, it was absolutely packed and we initially thought we were going to have to crouch on the "stair seats" which were provided for overflow, but did manage eventually to get a table. It is obviously an extremely popular place to eat, and I can see why. I chose the haloumi with salad and it came with hummus and tahini, both homemade and very tasty. The other members of my group all had falafel wraps and were very pleased with theirs. A nice filling lunch, but did take ages to come as was s busy so maybe get there early to get the best out of this place.

Ok, so first you enter the small room with a counter and a kitchen and a couple of standing tables, then you order Dada Plate, which is a mix of everything the friendly Kurds serve, then you take the plate and exit back to the street and go to another room next door, which looks pretty much like a modern art gallery, you settle down there and maybe order some spicy tea with cardamon, and... enjoy your falafels and humus and salad and everything!

Being a vegetarian, I had this place in my list of choices during my holidays in Berlin. The place is not completely vegetarian; rather it's a vegetarian friendly restaurant with veggie options listed on the menu.

It's not hard to find: you can take a train to Friedrichstraße station, pass the bridge and the Friedrichspalast, then you'll see a pharmacy on a corner: it's on the street to your right.

I had the Dada Teller, which is a dish that has a bit of everything. It costs 7,50 Euros, but there are cheaper options. Good food, it tasted fresh. The falafel was quite different from what I had eaten the day before on another place.

The clientele is made up of "hip" locals and tourists. You can eat indoors (pretty decoration) or on the tables outside. The waitress had a good English and was polite. Although there was a lot of people, the food didn't take long to arrive after we ordered.

Great looking restaurant, friendly & efficient staff who were fine about my 1-year-old having a strop, no baby change room but big, clean toilets, absolutely fantastic falafel & meat (I had the platter so tried both), great value. Need I say more?

The food is good and the atmosphere is very nice, street-food casual. The doners and falafels are delicious.
