The atmosphere and location were great, but the food, I thought, could have had more flavor. We had the shrimp, ham, spinach, aioli, and cheese tapas to start. The spinach ball tasted overwhelmingly like cream cheese, the only spinach I got out of it was the color. The shrimp were good, lightly fried, and the ham was nice and thin. For our next course we shared a salad which was filled with veg and lettuce and quite large, so that was good. Finally we shared the fruit crepe. While there was a lot of fruit stuffed in the crepe it was all uncooked. I expected everything to be hot with perhaps a drizzle of the fruit juices over the top. The portion was large, but the flavor was a bit blah. Anyone can stuff some raw fruit in a crepe.
The house red wine was delicious, the service was great, I was just expecting more flavor in each dish.
