Very good salads and fish. Tasty side dishes, big portions. But steaks aren't so delicious, they could be better. But this restaurant is steak house.
So as steak house it isn't wonderful place but as restaurant it is.

I went twice during my business trip. Meat is excellent, from various sources in particular US. It is also possible to choose the size of the steak. Nicely presented with the possibility of choosing different types of dressing. Good selection of wines. Quick and friendly service. Prices in line with type of restaurant.

My wife and I went with a friend and her three teenage boys for dinner on a Friday evening. One of the boys is vegetarian and the youngest a picky eater. Absolutely no problem at all for the Midtown Grill. The older boy declared his steak the best ever and the rest of us agreed that dinner (including both meat and fish) was superb. Service was excellent - thank you Sri for making our visit absolutely tremendous. Highly recommended.

Me and my boyfriend came here on our second night in Berlin. He booked it for Valentine's Day for 7.30. We arrived at 7.25 and sat at a lovely table. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help you. Service was very good, I have seen some people complaining it was slow. Yes we waited about 30-40 mins between starter and dinner, however the portion sizes are fairly big so this was a nice amount of time to allow the starter and complimentary bread to go down before our dinner. It's one of the only restaurants I have been to where I didn't feel rushed. A starter and dinner took us until 9.15pm. Perfect amount of time. We were then given complimentary marsh mallows to toast with chocolate as it was Valentine's Day! Could not have made the night anymore special. We both had fillet steak for dinner, it was cooked to perfection and so tender. The baked potato was amazing as was the rest of the food. We expected the bill to be pricey, however we were pleasantly surprised when it came in at €111 for 2 wines, 2 beers, 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 sides. Would highly recommend this place and would 100% return if we ever come back to Berlin.

Booked a late table for first night in Berlin. Some good points were complimentary breads with unique dips and garnish (pates, pesto), starters dogs hell crab, steak tartare were satisfying and well put together. Pleasant but slightly slow service, drinks came during starters which you don't expect at this price point but is forgivable.

Main courses both steaks were ordinary at best, cooked in what felt like re-used oil. Chips which we happen to sell for a living were basic catering chips over cooked and the type you wouldn't send out if you were trying to impress someone. Same story with the onion rings. Whole main course experience was like bring in a different restaurant one not known for having particularly good food or justifying the premium associated with being in the Marriott.

Could have been an off night but wouldn't recommend to anyone based on our experience.
