This was our best restaurant experience in Bavaria. The restaurant was bustling on a Saturday night at 8PM, but service was attentive, and the meal proceeded without problem at the typical German pace of 90-120 minutes. There is a large variety of local beers on tap, and the quality of our meal (local game stew and roasted pork shoulder) was far superior to the other restaurants we experienced in the area. This restaurant deserves a higher rating for the Rothenberg oct region.
