This place was incredible. The decor was nice and cozy, in fact it may have been a bit hot. They have an open kitchen so you can sort of see the cooks make your meal. We found out about this place because they had a gluhwein stand out on the main street one day (we were there during Christmas time) and they had fliers advertising. The staff was extremely friendly, spoke English but humored us as we tried to order in German. They also have a self-serve beer tap, though we did not partake in that since we were not sure how it worked. I had the Alpenschnitzel and the wife had kasespaetzle. Both were very, very good. The beer was also very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It is a bit off the beaten path but well worth it.
