This place is great, but don't expect Tex Mex or Mexican food, exactly. It's got a German influence, for sure, but the space is really comfortable and cute, the prices are good, portions are large, and the service is pleasant. The drinks are on point, too! Tip: come earlier to make a reservation or you might not get seated.
This restaurant's interpretation of Mexican food is spicy, generously sized, and pleasant. The salad accompanying the meal is lovely with different greens, peppers, and tomato (filled half the plate). Just have an open mind as the tacos listed on the menu are more like taquitos - so pick a meat you like and go for it.
It's a hidden Gem... by Goliath street, close to some winter markets... Quaint Mexican restaurant in Regensburg, Bavaria.
Please don't expect or compare with Tex.Arizona.Cali.Mexican fixin. It's close though.
Ordered Fajitas for 2... and wheat beer... awesome dinner... enjoyed it.
This is below average food food was way to greasy. Nachos are over cooked and greasy enchiladas are super greasy and undercooked. Meat inside is over seasoned and super spicy which make it take salty hopefully they will read this and look at the cook book again....
