As a frequent traveller to Nuremberg I have a habit to go to Eku Inn almost on every visit on the day of arrival. Admittedly the place itself is not that great and seems a bit tacky with its orangy-browny colour scheme, but that is definetly not the prime reason to go here. The main draw of this place is Steak, and not just rumpsteak, but all kinds of different variaties such as Waygu, Bison, Irish, T-Bones... If you go for one of the speciality steaks listed you have the opportunity to choose the weight of the piece of meat that you want to eat. Do be aware however, that the minimum weight for these pieces averages around the 300g some not for the faint harted ! Once you have made your choice, the, you specify how you want it cooked, and it is always cooked to perfection, exactly as you ordered. Whatever you choose, I have never had a tough piece of meat here! Do be aware however that the house speciality is meat, which means that all the rest is ok, but defintely not of the same quality. So as long as you go for the tradition steak, chips and salad you should not be dissapointed.
