Simply described as "nice hotel with a perfect location".. Main train central is just at the opposite corner. Old town and every Nurnberg attraction is a minute walk distance.
Hotel was well furnished and clean.. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Rooms were also well furnished, relatively small but comforty. I have stayed there for 2 nights and sleep very well, both the walls and the windows were sound-proof. Perfect spot.

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room..

Very spacious beautiful lobby, old style with marble, chandeliers etc. Good welcome from Reception staff. Also a wonderful glass lift with lots of room in it. Not so sure about the strange music in the lift - sounded like underwater whales - maybe that is what it was! Hotel location is just across the road from the train station so easy to find. Reception staff spoke excellent English as did bar staff. Bar was cosy and a good place to relax after a long journey.

Our room on 4th floor was quiet and bathroom was well equipped, even having a mat so you don't slip in the shower. We ordered room service and it came very quickly and was not exhorbitant. However I was surprised to have to pay so much for internet access. Surely in what is not a cheap hotel this could be included free of charge?

The hotel is located in a very good location - which is easy access to shopping malls, train stations, and some historical/cultural sites. The breakfast and the drinks (provided by the bar) are good too.

The fitness center is located in basement and is relatively small in size - e.g,, there is only one running machine.

- nice lobby
- great service

What i like less:
- price of the internet access.

The lobby is beautiful with brilliantly polished marble and sparkling chandeliers. It's like walking back in time two hundred years (maybe more!), yet the rooms are very modern and nicely furnished. It's located right across the street from the central train station, the subway and old town, including a great view of the tower, making the location ideal. The staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Room service food was great too. I will always stay there when in town.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing old town.

Nice building, old-fashioned but well-renovated. Unfortunately the roadworks downstairs were very noisy and started very early... But the hotel was nice and we felt very welcome. The hotel is just opposite the old city. Valet parking. Standard rooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights after being in Munich for 3 nights. Very beautiful hotel and in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They spoke excellent english and were more than happy to help with questions of locations and places to go. They provided a map and explanations without prompting.
Our room was very clean and large. The main lobby is massive and very ellegant. You feel important walking in. The hotel is visible from the main train station, but again, with most hotels we found, it took a bit of looking on our part to find it. As the train station is like a shopping mall, you have to walk through it in the right direction and then look outside to find the hotel. A bit clearer direction would be nice for people that need it.

The hotel is just down the road from a cobblestone street for shopping and eating. It's also a short walk from the castle at the end of the street, and the staff gave wonderful explanations on how to get to the halls of justice via the S-Bahn. We did not eat in the restaurant or the bar.

Would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here for sure again.
