Very balanced in terms of what Etage can offer the diner when it comes to food, service, ambience and value. The restaurant occupies the first floor of a former mill right on the Pegnitz. The style is typical German, but the food is all Thai - and some of the best I've had in Germany. The menu has a couple unique dishes, but still has staples like tom yum soup and an array of curries. The portions are a bit small, so ordering a couple appetizers with your main dish is recommended. I was with a large group of people and we actually ordered everything on the menu - there was nothing I didn't like. A solid choice for dining out and I would recommend this place for anyone for all occassions.
