We read the previous review and decided to try Minneci. And it was a delightful evening. The restaurant is on the ground floor of the 16th century building, and the interior is great - not too touristy, not too modern. It has a lovely ambience, and feels right for a place inside the Old Town walls.
The food was great, and there was a good choice of wines. Although there is no menu in English. Also, the staff could have been more attentive at times - as the restaurant gets busier the local regulars clearly take priority, but the food was worth it.
